Hi, I'm Kathy, the owner of Tellez Bookkeeping.
I've always enjoyed helping people, working with numbers, and keeping things organized. I began my career in banking before moving into accounting, where I gained experience in payroll, accounts payable, and bookkeeping. I later spent more than 15 years working as a case manager in healthcare, mental health, and child welfare.
Returning to bookkeeping felt like a natural way to combine my financial background with my passion for helping others. I hold an Associate Digital Bookkeeper certification and am an Intuit ProAdvisor QuickBooks Level 1 Certified professional.
I have a special appreciation for businesses in the health and wellness field. Having spent many years working alongside healthcare professionals, I understand the dedication it takes to care for others.
